These Terms govern your use of StoresWiki Membership, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia. By creating an account or purchasing a membership you accept them.

1. Memberships & billing

Paid memberships are billed in advance through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe) on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, share paid access without authorisation, or attempt to breach security. Access is for the account holder.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Member content and the platform remain owned by StoresWiki LLC or its licensors and may not be redistributed.

6. Liability & governing law

The service is provided "as is". These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy; the courts of Catania (CT) have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
