This Refund Policy applies to memberships of StoresWiki Membership, operated by StoresWiki LLC.

1. Billing

Memberships are billed in advance. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues to the end of the current period.

2. Refunds

Monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable once the period has started. For annual memberships you may request a pro-rata refund of the unused full months within 14 days of a renewal charge, absent abuse.

3. How to request

Email [email protected] with your account and the charge in question. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under Italian/EU law.
